And yes I’m right that society only cares about what the media tells you to care about. A 90 year old Chinese lady was lit on fire for fun by racists a few weeks ago in NYC and a rally was held to raise awareness and at the bare minimum get the police to acknowledge that it was a hate crime. Less than a few hundred people showed up at this rally. Does that have to do with the act being not so heinous to not deserve more people to show up? Or does that have more to do with it being part of a narrative that main stream media/society doesn’t want to push?
